Governor Adeleke Hosts House Speaker, Hails Close Rapport between Executive and Legislature

Governor Ademola Adeleke on Tuesday 29 November 2022, hosted the Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Timothy Owoeye, commending the excellent partnership between the two arms of government. 

The meeting was held at the Governor's country home with top leaders on both sides of the government in attendance.

Speaking at the meeting, the State's Chief Executive described the legislature as a critical arm of government which plays important role in the efforts to deliver on good governance, accountability and leadership transparency. 

Describing himself as a man with passion for the legislature, the Governor restated his readiness to work closely with the legislature to deliver on his five point agenda and take Osun state to greater height. 

Responding the House Speaker , Hon Owoeye assured the Governor of the readiness of the legislature to support the administration to deliver on its promises to the people of the state.
