Ondo Killings: Eyiyato Condemns Attack, Calls on IGP to Intensify Efforts by Investigating the Masterminds of the Senseless Attack.

Hon Wale Adedoyin Eyiyato The lawmaker, representing Ilesa West State Constituency of Osun , Hon Wale Adedoyin, has condemned in very strong terms, Sunday’s invasion of Owo Local Government in Ondo State where no fewer than forty worshipers were killed. In a statement yesterday in Ilesa, Hon Adedoyin, popularly known as Eyiyato, described the massive killing as too many, disheartening, sad and unfortunate. Adedoyin, also called on the Inspector General of Police, IGP, Usman Alkali Baba ,and other Security Agencies to intensify efforts by investigating the masterminds of the killings with a bid to bringing them to book as a deterrent to others. He also observed the need for well-meaning individuals, NGOs, and other stakeholders ,to support security operatives with relevant equipments , required to enable them function effectively and efficiently, saying it's obvious now that government cannot do it alone.
